This fine specimen of a gentleman is the Vice President of Underground Battle MMA Corporation. He may be juggling a lot of hats for the company but he still manages to remain focused as an undefeated MMA Champion. Mikuni has always loved martial arts and started taekwondo at the age of 3 and joined amateur tournaments at a young age. He also trained and excelled in MMA, wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, kickboxing, muay thai, capoeira, and boxing. Do not underestimate Mikuni’s very calm and relaxed vibe that can sometimes be very contagious because despite his beaming charm he is also a smart and energetic fighter in the cage.Born and raised in the USA, Mikuni obtained multiple degrees from different universities and colleges. He also became an English teacher for Middle School while training for MMA at the same time. In 2016 he decided to come home to the Philippines and pursue his passion for martial arts. It’s his goal to keep on learning for him to be a better fighter and get to the top of the lightweight division. He is currently the Blaze FC Lightweight Champion with a record of 4W-0L-0D.He is grateful to be a part of UGB MMA because of the company’s advocacy to help aspiring fighters. Aside from being the Vice President, Mikuni also shares his knowledge and skills to other aspiring fighters because he is also the Head Coach of UGB MMA’s Fighter Boot Camp.
